PRC’s Dr. Joel Malin and Director Dr. Don Hackmann recently presented a paper at the annual meeting of the American Educational Research Association in Chicago, IL. It was entitled “Promoting Students’ College and Career Readiness: A Case Study of Distributed Leadership Practice in Supporting a High School Career Academy Model” and described the leadership efforts and associated structures at Jefferson High School and Rockford Public Schools as they have developed and strengthened their wall-to-wall academy model.
