The Office of Community College Research and Leadership seeks to hire two positions:

Research Assistant Professor
OCCRL seeks a Research Assistant Professor to provide the leadership and support for several large-scale research and evaluation projects that enroll diverse youth and adults in career pathway programs that lead to further education and living-wage employment. Expertise in theories of college and career transition, including college and career readiness, dual credit and dual enrollment, transfer and articulation, college retention and completion, and placement in employment is desired. Designing and conducting mixed methods research studies, including mixing advanced statistical modeling with qualitative methods, is an important aspect of the position.

Project Coordinator
This Project Coordinator position supports senior researchers in managing grant-funded projects that focus on transition to college, transfer to the university, and placement in living-wage employment. Required duties include:

    • Assisting senior researchers in conducting data collection, analysis and reporting.
    • Organizing, scheduling, and managing project team meetings; preparing agendas, handouts, logistics, and communications.
    • Assembling and maintaining documents associated with grant-funded projects, including human subjects, data-sharing agreements, budgets, and human resource files.
